Ingredients:- 

For Making Lehsun ki Chutney
1 cup peeled garlic (lehsun)

1 tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste

Method:- 

For lahsun ki chutney
  1. To make the lahsun ki chutney recipe, combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with ¼ cup of water and blend to a fine paste.
  2. Serve the lehsun ki chutney immediately with bajra rotla or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and use as required.
How to make Lasun Ki Chutney for Chaat
    1. To make the lahsun ki chutney recipe | lehsun ki chutney | red garlic chutney for chaat |  separate each clove from the whole garlic bunch, peel it using a knife and remove the skin. 
    2. Add the peeled garlic cloves in a small mixer jar.
    3. Add the chilli powder. The chilli powder not only provides a bright red colour to the red garlic chutney recipe (lehsun ki chutney) but also, provides a zingy flavour.
    4. Add the lemon juice.
    5. Add the salt and ¼ cup of water.
    6. Blend in a mixer till smooth. The red garlic chutney recipe (lehsun ki chutney) will look like this after grinding.
    7. Serve the lahsun ki chutney recipe | lehsun ki chutney | red garlic chutney for chaat |  immediately with  bajra rotla or with  chaat recipes like Ragda Patties, Sev Puri and  Geela Bhel.
    8. Use the lehsun ki chutney as required or store in an air-tight container. The lehsun ki chutney for chaat | red garlic chutney for sev puri, bhel, ragda pattice | stays fresh in the refrigerator for 5 days and in the freezer for atleast 1 month.
