Ingredients:- 

For Homemade Veg Protein Powder:- 

1 cup almonds (badam)
1/2 cup walnuts (akhrot)
1/2 cup raw unsalted raw peanuts
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup cashew nuts (kaju)
2 tbsp raw melon seeds (charmagaz)
2 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp raw sunflower seeds (surajmukhi ke beej)
1 tbsp raw flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup roughly chopped dry dates (kharek)

Method:- 

For homemade veg protein powder:- 
  1. To make homemade veg protein powder, heat a broad non-stick pan and dry roast the almonds for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside in a big plate.
  2. In the same broad non-stick pan and dry roast the walnuts for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside in the same plate.
  3. In the same broad non-stick pan and dry roast the peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside in the same plate.
  4. In the same broad non-stick pan and dry roast the pistachios and cashew nuts for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside in the same plate.
  5. In the same broad non-stick pan and dry roast the melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame, while stirring occasionally. Remove and keep aside to cool completely in the same plate.
  6. Once the mixture has been completely cooled, add the chia seeds and dry dates.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a blender jar and pulse and blend to a fine powder.
  8. Use the homemade veg protein powder as required.
How to use protein powder to make protein shake:- 
  1. To make protein shake using homemade protein powder, take 1 cup of warm milk in a glass.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of homemade protein powder. You can also add 1 to 2 tsp of honey for sweetness. Mix well.
  3. Serve the protein shake.
